its all about cost cutting... sonu is expensive over arjit.

5/10 song of arjit becomes popular with less money, vs 2/2 song sonu for the same price.

i repeat it for you once again no one from udit narayan and kumar sanu till now is comparable with sonu nigam talent he is extra ordinary , kumar sanu and udit narayan can not sing modern love songs, even when music trend was changing himesh resahmiya in an interview stated kumar sanu can not sing modren songs . sonu can sing modern love songs like his likes of soniyoo o soniyo tumhe dekhta hoon toh sochta hon bas yahi is kind of modren westren feel love song .

kumar sanu and udit narayan are not capable to sing such songs in westren feel which is demand of new music

that is what i am saying in many songs arijit singh was not able to do justice to this romantic genre he was bland in many songs likes of gerua , aaj phir tumpe blah blah. it seems like he is forced to sing those songs

dhinchak pooja , tahir shah or honey singh would be better for your choice of music atleast they create hype unlike badshah

What is Sonu doing that he is not being taken by music directors ? You cannot just blame one side.

People like Shreya go South to sing in multiple languages, Alka Yagnik does concerts constantly. Hell even Ayushman has come on a concert to the US. People are working and adapting to change to make a living. Sonu is not the only one with a good voice and he is not owed anything. As for the infamous "voice matching" which I do not get, perhaps his voice does not match with the youngsters or today's music.

I am bored of Arijits voice😲 too many songs. He is not a versatile singer like sonu.

its not about sonu is not being taken by music director but its about music director are now using the technique of recording 1 song with 20 singers and than select 1 out of them that is why people like sonu dont sing much infact sonu rejected dilwale song because pritam already recorded the song with 9 singers

and by the way i guess as of now he is only melodious voice in b town rest are atif aslam alike voice mean raw leaving some like papoon . and sonu voice does suites new kids actors too he did mannat for aditya roy kapoor from dawat e isqh , or recently did mubarikaan with arjun kapoor
