In a way a hefty chunk of movies come Alias way because of KJos blessing

I mean if an yami or anyone had a shandars
They wouldn't have bounced back so easily as alia did.

Alia is the biggest benefactor of Nepotism currently, talent not with standing.

So the competition of the meagre drops that is lett behind is lot intense
And then there are other caveats like expose this and that, sleep with this and that so on

KJo does have clout and money to give his movies wide releases thereby increasing their chance to succeed.

Where I live , bw movies sometimes come. But the movies that mostly come , freshly released are the dharma movies. So even if I don't want to watch a Dharma movie, if I am in mood foe bw thats my only choice

Therefore those who are saying KJo cannot force audience to watch, he surely can. If there are alias movies playing 5 times a day in 4 different halls in a Multiplexkino
Then audience will automatically go to the movie they can watch easily instead of waiting fir a special heeoines movie at 5:00 pm and then 11:00 pm.

Moat of us are not bothered to do much research or hardwork to watch a movie

no one can save a flop but the audience

I dont think anyone will argue that Kjo has a big hand in Alia's career but it's not like he has complete hold on every single good script out there. If he did films like Pink, Piku, Neerja etc etc would've never landed in other actresses laps. He can control Alia's career sure but it's not like he can completely shut down other actresses from getting their hands on a good film somehow.

That's how Katrina was replaced in DZ by Alia and how Alia landed in UP and Ugly. It's annoying and Alia doesn't always nail it but at least like Varun she's a hardworker.

That's also how Sidharth and Arjun were switched between 2 States and Villain.

Didn't Illeana have personal issues like depression, body morphic disorder among others. I thought she had an interview about that. Sometimes it is not just about a career. It is about how healthy one is. She seems happier now.

Alia is being shoved down our throats by KJO. Given a few choices what will people do. Unless you feel very strongly about nepotism and what KJO is doing few will boycott a movie. Most people don't sit day and night on a movie board like us.

Eh...she's just another pretty face. Plus, by her own admission, She had to let go of projects because she refused to entertain (read:sleep with) certain people. I don't care for her but I believe her, she's had a steady bf for a long time who she seems happy with. Why ruin a good thing by sleeping around with sleazy producers?
