I think Amir's record is definitely stronger. He's a versatile & experimental list of roles under his names. But if Ranbir continues at this rate, by the time he reaches Aamir's age, he's gonna exceed him by a distance.

I think Ranbir is the more gifted actor but I'd take Aamir's best performances (Rangeela, Earth) over anything by Ranbir. Still Ranbir has age on his side and if he gets the opportunity to work with the likes of VB, Dibakar, Shoojit etc he has a good chance of surpassing Aamir's best work as an actor.

Both are excellent actors
But Aamir has had more experience
Ranbir still has a long way to go
But Ranbir in his age has experimented more
Than what Aamir had done at his age
So at present Aamir is the better actor
But by the time Ranbir reaches his age
I am sure Ranbir will surpass Aamir

Ranbir anyday, he is a better actor, citizen and yes person too. He is able to rise above the poor script and has done variety of roles. He has most ridiculous movie and still his acting stood tall. Any reasonably good actor getting a good script can get a hit tag. When you talk star its the connect with the audience who pay to watch. There are so many brilliant actor who end up playing supporting roles.
