Deepika and lip syncing

I have noticed in a few songs that Deepika's lip syncing is quite bad.

I never understood why because I always thought it is a pretty easy thing to just match your lips to the lyrics of the song.

And why do the directors never tell her to improve on that?

Here are a few exmaples:

was she ever criticised for lack of lip syncing before ?? I can't recall ... these are the only 2 songs where i have heard people complain esp raabta ... except that i don't remember this being an issue before ... or was it ?
