Just watched the Mahendra Bhadra part. The expressions on devsena's face were so so soothing to eyes. The pride that she felt when her belief of Mahendra returning comes true, the relief that Mahendra returned and began his take by killing Bhadra first and freeing his mom. He called her Ma even without knowing the truth. He fought in the same way with Mahishmathi soldiers at the end, with his mother's shackles while freeing her. Devsena shouted feebly, " katappa katappa! " , afraid that Katappa would kill him unknowingly, the person she has been waiting for , had to live. I loveeed Jay jaykara being played in the background when katappa shouted, " baaahubaliii". So heart wrenching it has become after BB2 to watch. Mahendra has always been a fighter now with equal presence of mind as his dad. We underestimated his character after seeing amarendra but as nany said too, he was a character with exact potential!

ok as I read the comments, there were lots of discussions on that song scene. kya yaar meenu, ek toh woh gaana kabhi maine thik se dekha hi nahi. during that song I always either skipped it or forwarded it. and tum issi gaane pe kya treasure dhoond ne ko kya reh ho!!

after watching bb2, bb1 has become more emotional. I can feel with Mahismati people's joy excitement sadness more now. when they shout Bahubali Bahubali, it brings tears in my eyes. now everytime i watch the last scene in bb1 where katappa confessed he had killed Bahubali, I couldn't help me but crying.

ok one question. which I had to ask very earlier but I forgot (as always)--
There was a pic of Amarendra's father in the film, which is not a pic, a drawing. but the man in the pic also looks like Prabhas. I mean Amarendra's father also used to look like him? Bap-Beta-Pota ek hi tarah hai dikhne mein?

the whole movie seemed to have been shot before 2015. When katappa took Mahendra's feet on his head, they show katappa's blood laden hands taking Mahendra's foot on his head just after killing amarendra.

yes most of the scenes were already shot before. this is basically one film. but a big film which was divided in two parts very smartly. if they showed amarendra part 1st then mahendra, it would not click the audience. I meant to say if they showed it eventually. these two films are very much interconnected with each other.
