Kat's problem is her diction . If anyone else dubs for her , the scenes may look decent.
Watch BBD and Fitoor. Her accent makes her acting look comical. Mute and watch the scene , she is tolerable .

I liked her acting in New York and Namastey London. She's not bad, but an okayish actress if she wants to act. Seeing her overall career, I'll call her a below average actress. And I dont know why people have to bring other actors and movies in this topic. People like types of movies and genres. The Lunchbox isnt boring. Its also entertaining for some people. Just their meaning of entertainment is different. Entertainment has no clear universal definition. Bringing this art vs entertainment debate does not makes sense. and yes, people care about are art movies and that is why these type of movies are made. there cant be supply without demand.

OT: No, her acting is pretty bad. She is average at best in her BEST films compared to others. Definitely more of a show piece type and was good in things that are easy for her to do.
I do think she gets a lot of flak for her acting however, I think she would have been better being some type of swimsuit model over an actress.

Did Katrina grow up in Britain? She doesn't sound British, as someone pointed out above.
