Ok, thanks. I didn't say that living there for a few years means growing up there; was just wondering if she spent much of her childhood there.

She was decent in a few films but her looks were her main attraction. Now that they have faded out it's not a surprise why she is not getting very many offers.

She's not completely horrible per se, just extremely, EXTREMELY limited as an actress imo. I actually didn't like her in some scenes in MBKD because she felt so OTT. But I did enjoy her in her movies with Akshay Kumar (probably because they didn't demand too much of her as an actor) and Rajneeti. She *can* do certain expressions/ scenes very well. But it's a very tiny list. She's very limited in her acting skills.

But she's a FANTASTIC dancer. Absolutely phenomenal. I think, one of the best dancers bwood has these days. For all her regression in her acting, she's definitely progressed extremely far in her dancing.

And in her earlier films, she had insane screen presence. She managed to hold her own among other very easily. I think she actually had better screen presence than Alia (which it quite a feat considering that Alia has oodles of it as well).

Yes she is!! Infact I feel bad for her juniors like Shradha,Kriti etc when they are compared to Katrina,Comeon they are not THAT bad😛

BUT! To think that the director of this scene actually sat at the monitor and said "action", then watched the action unfold, and said "okay" is FAR MORE WORRYING 🥱

To think one of the most respected directors in the history of Hindi cinema Yash Chopra selected her for what ended up his swan song, is puzzling, to say the least.

But you can't take away from the fact that she's hard working and puts in a lot of effort, even if it only shows in the physical rather than emotive.
