N if the rumours r true then he himself disrespected his wife by having a relationship outside his marriage..Still hope its not true. Anyways if it is then tht itself is enough for your kids to lose trust in any relationship n Disrespect woman..First parents needs to show the right path to their kids by their actions n not by threatening words

Also people are reading too much into "hurt a woman" and are misinterpreting it. It is the classic misinterpretation problem "black lives matter" faces too. Obviously, all lives matter. But due to institutional racism we need to reiterate that black lives matter. Similarly, all humans deserve respect irrespective of gender. But due to institutional misogyny, we need to emphasize respect for women. The same goes for gay rights or trans rights or any minority rights. It does not mean that the majority has no rights. Anyone who misinterprets it is intentionally missing the big picture.

I know SRK means well and I do appreciate his support for feminism, but overall his tone is still a bit patriarchal.

As usual he went overboard in his passion, he has a tendency to be dramatic but the basic message is good, teach your boys to show respect to women, and the misogyny, the violence towards women will be curbed! Much needed for younger generation.
