Very strange choice of words!! Does he believe he really is Genghis Khan who will go about beheading his sons for disrespecting women. If this isn't taken out of context, this is just SRK's usual passion run ahead of itself. Completely agree with some other members here- Respect is by action,not words.

Ah our new feminist !!! If literate(graduate ofcourse) people speak in this way then what to expect from others !!

Even if I overlook this rather shocking use of word what does he mean by 'hurt'? Physical hurt I guess otherwise he would have 'beheaded' himself by now...double standard

What he actually means-

1. I have never hurt any woman in my life so far

2. My respect for women is so strong that I wouldn't mind killing my own blood to uphold their honor.

3. My kids = my life (already established). But respect for women greater than life ( now established).
