He isn't picking the right scripts that will connect with the audience. He did MNIK, Ra One, Don 2 and JTHJ when masala movies were a rage. Then he did Happy New Year and Dilwale when audience was rejecting brainless movies. Chennai Express worked because at that people were enjoying masala movies. So that's it, he needs to do movies that are in demand right now I.e. a mixture of entertainment and content like Dangal, PK and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Raees looks like one such movie, so it can be a success but it will get effected by the clash.

Too much negativity around his movies

His career is not going down but in comparison to the other Khans yes who are breaking one BO record after the other. SRK can act but he cant do every kind of movie and those are visible in his choices actually i dont expect much from Raees too. Salman movies are also not the best but the guy does the kind of movies that works for him. Aamir really picks good stories and people believe in his script sense.

I dont know whihc movie will bring SRK back on the map but it wont be Raees and not Imtiaz so i see only hope in ALR.

His timing sucks. Swades would have been hit now with all that patriotic over tone. He always tries to swim against the flow. In nutshell his battle has always been the actor residing in him against business man who hates poverty and who wants to be rich.

Because his script selection turned moronic. I am a huge fan...couldn't sit through Jab Tak Hain Jaan. Couldn't watch Happy New Year for more than 15 minutes. The last movie I watched in theater is Chennai Express..and recently Fan on DVD. Fan kinda vindicated him a bit...after a looong while I felt he acted in a movie..he should seriously stop working with the likes of Farah Khan and Rohit Shetty...I didn't even like the Dilwale trailer.

Raees looks ok but he needs more movies. He tries to make mindless masalas like Salman's but nobody knows why Salman's movies work. That is a completely different formula.

Offscreen too, he should stop hosting stupid award shows with the self-deprecating humor. It kind of kills his screen image. Just my opinion.

No right script, no effort in acting ( may be putting efforts now eg fan)..
Unfortunately with the smartest brain he is not able to understand today's market trend.

Too much exposing/ marketing the movie on people's face that they are getting pissed off other half going with HIGH expectations and falling flat.

IMO, its hard for him to come back strong with 300 cr..

sach bolu to abhi 200 crore movie ki bhi umeed nahi hai..

I think he should knock Raju Hirani door to come up with some master piece..

And to add to this, he needs to go off from Twitter, from Social Media, let people come to know to know more about you.. people are feeling as if you are there house member, knows about you everything.. keep things tight, time to learn something from other khans. i know you have said 1000 times that you want to give happiness to all your fans.. BUT a fan will be 1000 times more happy if your movie earns 500 cr than having your autograph..

Over exposure..and these PC rumours have hurt him as well.

raees max will be a clean hit or may be super hit thats it

Because he makes no patriotic movies or films which declared India as the best country in the world or the hero is so unbelievable heroic that he only can be an Indian.
