What difference does it make?

What will he do with that money if he is landed below or even out of Top 10 Stars list at the end of his career?

Career wise he should comeback strongly.

He already made history. He does movies because he loves to do it. All of the Khans have had major set backs and they bounced back and SRK had a solid career full of blockbuster hits

History tab hogi jab Retire hoga, jiss speed se he is marching downwards, i doubt his whole career work will hold some ground.

He hasn't picked the right scripts

Even Salman is doing really quality Maasla films(Sultan) but Dilwale and HNY were his worst films ever, no wonder both were average at BO. Fan was a pathetic film despite the good acting of SRK.

Script matter kerthi, not only stardom, even for a commercial Maasla film. Raees is a big acid test for him to prove his stardom and come back strongly.

Happy New Year collection was close 400 Crore worldwide. Dilwale became the second highest grosser worldwide. I love how some people call these films average

Overseas SRK is KING, Salman + Aamir can't come close to what kind of business his films have earned in that region, but domestic is what matters most, where if u fail, Worldiwde also don't help.

But if he won't pick up soon, his Overseas pull might also start vanishing, which will hurt back when he retires.
