and so for amir not gettin any awards. since he does not have any respect for awards, why should he be awarded. sit home, thats more like it.

and besides, his works are well made, scripted, and movie works a whole. its not that his acting has taken movie to some other level.

Award season aya nahi and we again start with the lobbying and fixed and nepotism stuff.. During the year that Anu had PK, Kangana had Queen.. Next year, DP had Piku and Kangana had TWMR, both of whom were praised to the skies for their performances so its not like Anu was robbed of any award.. She is great in her films.. Just that others are better that year with more impactful performances.. Both Alia and Sonam received high praises more than Anu for their performances this year so its hardly surprising k she does not win it this year too.. To answer your question, wait for that one movie that would strike the chord and would be defining for her

And Amir is treated at award functions the same way he treats the awards.. And he stopped attending awards because he did not win it for Rangeela.. so basically he decided awards were biased because he did not win it.. Blah stand in my opinion

Ab I should also start saying awards are fixed.. How can Shahrukh not win for FAN?😡😆

Thats where the problem lies. everybody just expects Sid to get into consideration and stuff but no one supports him. He's a true example of outsider tbh. Critics and media hate him to the core. people dont acknowledge him, ppl like krk keep poking him etc. he has a mentor who over promotes others and when it comes to him, gives him nothing but a bad reputation. and then the guy only gets to hear such stuff, and gets a "FLOP ACTOR" tag just becoz he had one flop film. literally idek why this only happens to him.

everybody say that k&s was a hit but Sid was wooden. nobody saw that his character was related by many writers? why? because he brought the character alive! what about that little bit of credit which he did not get.

moreover seeing these awards, i as a fan dont want him to get one.

agree with the doctor/lawyer reference...Alia has made the most of her opportunities.

She can promise these awards organizers to turn up with Virat in tow, and they will give her award for TRP and press it would generate. Anu receiving an award and Virat cheering for it will make a nice copy. She is not using that to get award. Kudos to the girl👍🏼

She is a smart girl and has unfortunately learnt the hard way that she and Virat can't be an item for the media anymore even if she wants to ...coz one bad performance by Virat and she will face it again and god forbid they break up ...people will bash her more...it's unfortunately not a choice for her anymore...

Nothing about she being star kid or not.. She is a great actress and her performances are good but she never is/has been the best thing/actress of any particular year. Alizeh is heart but Alia in UP trumps that clearly!

Alia deserves this year...

He is not flop actor but he is a bad actor

Starkers who are good are ONLY raised to pedestal...

Sid is lucky that way, despite a mediocre talent he is getting offers and he is doing good comparatively. There are actors (starkids and outsiders) who will die for those opp.

Critics and Media don't hate him, and even if they do - (Katrina?) doesn't stop anyone from reaching heights of stardom/success

I love her but I think her problem is that she's too consistent. So even if she's very good in a movie, she won't leave the same impact that another actress.

Maybe if she does an emotionally manipulative movie she might get one. who knows...
