The latest reports suggest that the makers of both the films will not release them in Pakistan.

Yesterday when the news broke out that these films will be released in Pakistan, Fox Star Studios announced that they will not release the film in Pakistan probably to gain sympathy.

We hinted this yesterday the Shivaay makers can also make the same decision to avoid the backlash. And the same has happened as they are also not releasing the film in Pakistan.

Officially there is no ban on Indian films in Pakistan. It was just the distributors' decision to refuse to screen Indian films for some time. But now Indian films are likely to be screened in Pakistani cinemas from this Friday.

There has been a lot of confusion going around the release of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay. The latest reports suggest that the makers of both the films will not release them in Pakistan.
Interestingly both Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay have been sold to Pakistani distributors. Even the Censor Board screening has also happened and both have got NOC from Pakistan. Yesterday when the news broke out that these films will be released in Pakistan, Fox Star Studios announced that they will not release the film in Pakistan probably to gain sympathy.

The latest developments are turning out really funny as just to avoid the criticism they are not releasing the film there but actually there is no ban in Pakistan. On the other side here in India, Karan Johar have to pay 5 crore for a smooth release of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
