Salman just takes big payments with no risk so he is bound to make less even if he has a blockbuster. The person that will earn the most out of Sultan is Adi Chopra, not Salman.

There is also endorsements in which Salman's reputation will always make him suffer.

And we are back to BO record..lol! I don't know a whole lot about BO figures but since it has been brought up in context to this and since Dilwale (favorite subject ever of so many..lol) was brought up, that movie was the second highest grossing movie of last year! But hey apparently overseas figures don't count here when it comes to a Shahrukh movie..lol! The loss that the distributors probably incurred in India was anyways compensated by RCE, again not a practice that one sees often in this industry. I thought I'll point that out since some here are suddenly talking about return on investment as if their favorites haven't been part of movies that didn't do as well as they were expected to.
