Of course they are no role models...

But in a world of Corrupt political class,partisan media & tax lynching government...they are the lesser evils..

Yes they are bad (some of them detestable) but they do provide entertainment (albeit inadvertently)..

Yes they are morally adrift but they are the ones who pay the price for it...

It ain't the unsuspecting taxpayers' dollars that drives their hedonistic lifestyle..can't say the same for our politicians!!!

i judge actors by their work and the amount of preparation they put into their work... so definitely vidya.. a lot of respect for her...

Why not?
I do have respect for people who take their profession seriously and do good work. Celebs are no different. I love Vidya and I do have respect for her seriousness towards her work. I may not agree with their personal choices but I do not disrespect anyone including celeb who do not deserve it.

I just read somewhere that Pullela Gopichand refused to endorse Pepsi because of the health hazards to the public.

Massive respect!

Now just picturing all the filmstars falling over themselves to bag another deal for "cola matlab toilet cleaner". Madhuri Dixit even jiggles her belly to promote healthy breakfast of Maggi.

Ek baat toh maanni padegi-Baba Ramdev ne cola ki dukaan singlehandedly band karwa di. I remember how when we're little, Pepsi and Coke ads with Aila cricketer and Aila Crying Superstar used to be all the rage.

Now there's just a halfhearted cola ad once in a while.
