I find it funny when people call Fan as an experiment of SRK the actor.. Fan is an experiment of his VFX Venture 😆 Not of an artist.. Comparing this with his old gems are plain insult to his old good movies..

SRK's career in short in my opinion -

Tried and tested everything.. Mixture of outstandingly good and pathetically bad movies.. The contrast itself proves what he was trying to achieve - Success, not creative satisfaction...

Personally, I loved this phase.. He had no other way..

Most successful period of his career.. Not much experiment with script.. Got greatest success with 1 formula - Romantic Hero - KKHH, DTPH, Mohabbatein, VZ, CC, DD same formula with hammed acting and script more or less similar - woo someone else's fiance 😆.. Did movies from safe production house, friends.. Swades and Dil se were exceptions to some extent.. By this time started his own production house and was looking for hit formula which gave products like Asoka the great, Paheli such huge hits 😆 But SRK, being intelligent, knew those are not working 😆 So back to friends and families 😃 He tried everything to maintain his friendship with his powerful buddies + startup of production house - again, his filmography doesnt look like experimental from ANY angle to quench his creativity.. Rather Aamir started taking it up ever since Rangeela + Ghulaam, Sarfarosh, Lagaan etc..

Personally, I am OK with this as long as he keeps delivering good movies even though they are same 😆

Got KRAPLOADS of new ideas on BO success.. BO success had become the ONLY motto.. Tried making 6 pack abs in which no one was really interested in 🥱 But he tried it copying others, no originality.. Then tried remakes, tried sequels, tried VFX products, tried love-story, tried masala comedy movies, divine love-story (????) and I dont know what I can call HNY.. has been trying everything since then.. A truly creative person with such 'intellectual' fanbase will never do such movies no matter how much flop it makes.. I can take example from Ranbir who gives 2 hoots about profits and keep experimenting with different products..

I am NOT ok with this phase of SRK.. He despises me like no one else now.. Because I can't fathom his never-ending greed for money.. He has enough.. Like Amitabh, he hasn't even faded away that he needs to start experimenting as need.. But if he were really a creative person, he would have experimented long back when he was really successful and had nothing to lose.. This SRK is JUST a businessman, may be always was, that's a great quality of him doing business isn't easy job 👏 But he was never really into ART.. Sorry 😆

Some Box Office Facts for you:

1. Before Saajan, Sanjay dutt never had any Blockbuster Film on his own, while he debut in 1981. Salman had MPK (ATBB) with his Debut.

2. HAHK is Madz only ATBB of her career, before that she had films in which Bigger Stars were reason for success like Ram Lakhan, Tridev. Even her Blockbuster DIL was not ATBB. She debut in 1981 with ABODH, Rajshri film, a Disaster. If MADz was mania in HAHK, why did she had that mania in ANJAAM, DTPH, KOYAL kind of films which could be ATBB?

3. AAA was having Aamir Khan, but he wasn't Aamir Khan like he is now, he had 1 Superhit QSQT & 1 Blockbuster DIL to his credit, rest all flops.

4. Salman had Solo Hits like MPK, Sanam Bewaffa & Baaghi also before HAHK. Salman started with ATBB MPK, now giving 2 ATBB in 1 year, while except Aamir none of your stars were successfull before or after those films with Salman like you pointing out at them the sole reason for success.

seriously whats wrong in talking abt numbers ? bollywood is a business industry just like any other money making industry !where money matters and not the charity for doing it free !

and the same members talk how great srk is as a business man and how he promotes his movies for 6 months... but when numbers come the tune will be diff ..😆

You pay 50, 120, 200, 250, 300, 450, 700, 1000 bucks for a TICKET PRICE, that is the money which Filmmakers expect from You, they don't make films so that we can see for FREE just coz it is ART, just talk about Good films & Good Script 😆

A Aamir Khan film DVD cost around 600 Bucks... itne mein 2 Salman Khan films ki DVD aa jaati hai... 😆

Why is TAARE ZAMEEN PAR kind of film DVD/BLURAY is ranging from $ 9.79 Dollars - $ 12 Dollars??? Is t his the price of QUALITY Film???

NUMBERS are everything for BOLLYWOOD, if they don't exist STARS Don't exist... U Give a FLOP Film with Content, U don't get BIG FILMS... U give HIT Films, U get BIG Films... simple as that...

Hating BOX OFFICE Numbers, pointing at Salman fans won't make Your fav. star a GOOD SCRIPT Filmmaker... 😆

They could make 99(10 more to be updated) films like Akshay Kumar in which 56 are CLEAN FLOP/DISASTER... Look at this Number, if we add up LOSS for those films, AKKI would never get any films in his career for future.

Yet... He is doing films, some he is producing himself, some ppl investing... why so?? ITNI Flops/Disaster Dene ke baad bhi... why???

Because BOX OFFICE NUMBERS Matters... Akki was giving 4 loss, 1 Profit... If we see in detail, he is one star who has given loss more than profit, but his overall impact on films overshadow it.

56 Films which akki had given FLOP/DISASTER... SRK has done 61 in his whole career, Aamir 39 films... Such BIG Number yet STAR AKSHAY KUMAR is in INDUSTRY, because of that 43 SUCCESS Film's AVERAGE BUSINESS he gave from 1991. If BO won't exist, he won't exist.
