Mohenjo Daro actress is down with Dengue

Heard in the news that she is suffering with dengue. At first I thought this as another issue but then hit me how privileged and lucky I am that I need not worry about illnesses like these that has been eradicated in many places during the 19th century. I was looking at number of deaths due to malaria and dengue and it is absolutely astounding. This is such a preventable issue yet even the Bollywood celebs can fall for it.

Yash Chopra died of Dengue!That was more shocking to me.
These celebs who have lots and lots of money go abroad for treatment of deadliest diseases but Yash Chopra 😭

May be he neglected his health as he was busy with promotions of Jab tak hai jaan.May be his family too didn't take better care of him.

Anyways,it's not that Dengue can't be cured in India.Timely actions are required and the patient will survive.

Dengue mosquitoes survive in warmer climates. So it's not due to mountain shoots. The weather in the mountains is not conducive to the survival of Aedis Aegypti, the dengue mosquito.
