Lol...yesterday CHILCOT enquiry report has been pubkished in UK by EXPERTS who have been working on it for last 7 yrs and guess what it basically says that Iraq war was unjustified and Balir/Bush , apart from destroying a country, also led to the creation/flourish of terrorist groups like ISIS due to vaccum left by these war-monger murderers .
According to the families of the UK soldiers who died TONY BLAIR IS THE BIGGEST TERRORIST IN THE WORLD and members here are giving lectures on terrorism 😆

Because obviously there was no terrorism before the Iraq war, was there 😆

Yeh, I don't think you'll find many people defending the Iraq war, they should never had gone there in the first place, you can blame America for opening the pandora's box, but the contents of that box had always existed, terrorist attacks were happening around the world before 9/11 as well, just that the west got its first taste of it then.

@bold there was no IS before iraq war as stated in enquiry report correctly . Bush and Blair should be tried as war criminals and considering how deeply religious they both are - they should be labelled as the biggest christian terrorists in the world for destroying the whole country and killing millions of iraqis . Why do you think a terrorist organization flourishes after every war and they keep getting sophisticated weapons ...Al-qaida after Afghanistan and IS after Iraq war, where has Al-qaida ( worldwide) vanished now from the news ...aren't they muslims anymore or have they converted to something else and stopped terrorist activities apart from being limited to regional activities .

Today 2 black men were shot down by Cops in US , we all would automatically call it a racist attack given the narrative even though a "White male Cop" can defend it on any basis. Or a white man can deny all he wants how race has nothing to do with it. How billions of whitemen are not killing the blackmen- thats BS. It is happening and it is racism.
Ofcourse the Iraq report will come, yes Blair and Bush were stupid but does anyone really think it would have happened without US biggest ally Saudi Arabia passively supporting it or Iran , who went cold turkey. Yes, deffo , Yemen should also be blamed on Western policies even though the country is torn apart by military conflict between Shais and Sunnis. Naah why bother with the fact that Turks wanted an unstable Syria , Asad and factional wars..who supported ISIS ?

ISIS,Taliban, Militants in Balkans , AQ, Africa ( funny how nobody bothers the mess terrorism in the name of religion ) is causing there because it's not rich, because blacks. Who cares? and so many more. It is a case o religious extremism where they have ended up interpreted and justifying their version of Islam .

But we will blame US, West, everyone yet the root cause of the conflict that is extremism of a religion . When we have terror camps thriving and recruiting rapidly in new countries with full support of the Govts because hey they use the "good terrorists" for the attacks on their rivals.

Is it that tough to understand that religion might not be the fault but it is being abused by fanatics who would and are killing the moderates too for not adhering with the stringent rudimentary version.

Young educated Muslims are tacking up to them, thats a problem - address it , if one wants to rid and protect the name of Islam. As much as I understand a helpless moderate muslim, I don't get see how by ignoring and turning a blind eye to the radicalization will stop the active recruiting.
But we would rather have dictators who would use religion to rein in the regions , encourage sect fighting than democracy because that gives equal rights to everyone. Yup.

ISIS was carved out of AQ because a faction wanted to attack Shia population while AQ leadership was against the idea. The "rebel" faction became ISIS. They were , ignored by US and others" when they would post pics of Nutella , they recruited Brides etc till they started gaining a following , cult-ish and had support from other regional players for their interpretation .
Thats how ISIS was formed.AQ has been around since forever.

War was stupid and silly. But if anyone here says there was no factions, killings, tortures of Kurds of Shia-Sunni fights .needs to revisit history.

Oh before the argument comes regarding US making AQ and Osama- true , they funded and gave him ammunition but at the behest of Saudi Arabia who was in conflict with Russia. They turned blind eye to Osama's tactics and we had Taliban rule and Afghan pushed from progressive country to so much destruction.

IS is just another symptom of a global disease that's been manifesting and growing for decades. Sure, if all you're hung up about is IS, then the US intervention indirectly led to its creation, they didn't have a proper plan after toppling Saddam. But the ideology and it's funding were not the creation of America.

The blood feud between Sunnis and Shias have existed since the beginning of Islam, most of the Muslims killed in Iraq were killed by other Muslims during the insurgency and civil war. Besides this doesn't explain the terrorist attacks that have happened in countries that have had nothing to do with the war in the middle east.

Well my point is that even if ideology was there but it was suppressed and these people were unable to misuse a religion to justify the atrocities they are committing and lives were not lost ( atleast outside these regions) ...Any blood feud /killing which happened within the region still can't overtake ( in numbers) the amount of people war has killed directly/indirectly .
Why unleash them over the world due to your own greed and may be religious motives ( when you mention GOD all the time while attacking another country - it bloody well makes it religious war for me ) ...let shias and sunnis kill each other in their battle of power and let them sort out their own issues 😕

They always says policies of West and non Muslims creates and nurtures Islamic terrorism

Everybody knows what Jews went thru in Germany during world war and they've suffered anti semitism since the time of Christ maybe

But as Dr Wafa Sultan the Syrian-American psychiatrist says

  • We have not seen a single Jew blow himself up in a German restaurant. We have not seen a single Jew destroy a church. We have not seen a single Jew protest by killing people
  • Only followers of one religion defend their beliefs by burning down churches, killing people and destroying embassies. This path will not yield any results. They must ask themselves what they can do for humankind, before they demand that humankind respect them.
