I was saying this kinda boycotting where an individual decides to stop watching movies of particular actors,i can understand i was using your comment as an example, i don't understand the ones people ask others to do it too on social media, i highly doubt anyone wld change anyone's mind about watching so i don't get the point of doing it.

Only people who don't watch or like the actor will agree rest will keep watching so i just see it as a waste of time.

Exactly! His target audience up north, and also the fact that the movie is based in Haryana, his character is Haryanvi.

Which makes it even more suspicious, if all this isnt a deliberate ploy, a manufactured controversy to promote the film, which would be even more disgusting!

Many people have expressed the same suspicions elsewhere, based on the fact that he still hasnt apologized for his remarks.

Boycotting already after the Arijit Singh incident anyways. Will never watch his movie in future unless it is with DP. Seriously I hope she will never work with him.

Also I don't think anybody from the crew will be affected since they do not get share of profits but they are paid for their jobs.

Producer only will be affected if at all and we already know how rich he is.

His arrogance and ego is worth applauding. Seriosuly people need to realise they are not immortals and also that anything can happen to anybody anytime. Why so much of bad attitude??
