But it didn't pull the numbers because Arshad does not have the star power and did not look like a lawyer. Arshad can really do circuit and rowdy type roles as a sidekick but not as some professional roles. Salman would have played the character very well. He could grill them like how he hosts Biggboss

This film was based on his real life.Hit and run case.He would have given the best performance of his career as a law offender and not in Arshad's role.

It's sad that people would watch a movie for a star only. Arshad is a great actors, dancer, comedian. And Jolly LLB is a fantastic film.

I get the irnoy. But the film is based on Suresh Nanda' case. He killed 6 people and is Admiral SM Nanda's son, yes Navy Chief of India. Mr Nanda is still doing wheeling dealing in arms and not a whimper.
