Would Salman have done a better job than Arshad in Jolly LLB?

Do you think Salman would have been a better actor to cast in Jolly LLB? I think this movie is under rated and it could have done well with Salman's star power and acting prowess. Arshad Warsi may be a good actor but he does not have the appeal or charisma to pull in the box office numbers.

I liked some of the songs of the movie . Maybe he could have boosted its Collections

I read some intresting posts about why Amir could have done better in Fan compared to SRK so it got me curious that this movie too had a good story but it had a weak cast. Arshad just does not have the looks or the fan following and he couldnt do justice to this role.

I thought Arshad was perfect for the role.
I know better actors would have made it even greater, but Arshad looks perfectly like Johnny the character.
