That's a legit question and thought actually. But then why would she need to be there all the time? I mean her body wouldn't be going through any changes correct? I assumption was the opposite. If indeed she's pregnant then it makes sense to stay out of India to avoid being seen with a body undergoing changes and to avoid the media until they'r ready to announce.

If they are in India then media will come to know of it anyway and ask them questions like why they're going for surrogacy,is there something wrong in her or saif.We all know how the Indian media is.I don't think srk announced it until Abram was born.

Some don't show till like 5-6months in loose attire, she could be very well be pregnant. Ps: I hope there is no HIPPA laws in UK where that girls friend nurse is blabbering everything !!

At four months she looks about right, don't think you show much at four months. Have a feeling she is expecting for real this time (or maybe its just hope 😆)
