I dont know how her uncle were if she was 39. This is not kuch bhi. This is a fact, the older you get the harder it gets to conceive. As you age so does your sperm quality, and so does your ovulation. This isnt about Saif or Kareena but for any couple in general and this is quite an issue for many.

This is how my report looks like as I just got it done recently as part of my annual testing (I like to keep myself informed and proactive) and you can see these numbers. Right now they are pretty good, above average and more than enough but I would be delusional to think that would be the case when Im 80 years age.
