You are doing it wrong bro. I always go in the most baggy pyjamas. I will give you some tips I acquired after years of trial and error. Hope it serves you well. Drink about a litre of water few hours before you go so it stretches your stomach and then use the washroom to empty it before you begin eating. Avoid eating the naan and flour type things including pakoras. Remember what we are there for? Your line of attack should be tandoori/grilled meat items followed by curry.

Drink small sips of water. Try not to mix and pile on everything as it will make you fill faster. Dont talk too much when you eat. When you get full sit for a while. Get up again after 15/20 mins and go and pee again. Take a new plate and start over. If you aint going till 3 times then you are wasting it.

Twinkle Khanna never showed her bump till very late and delivered her second baby...

Pregnant tummy doesnt show usually before 5 months. The loose sweater and hanging scarf is hiding her tummy so she might be consciously hiding her condition...lets wait till they are ready to announce it themselves.

Don't kill me for this but what if she's going for surrogacy? SRK and Gauri also went for surrogacy. The fact that she's in London since few months looks fishy.If she would be in India then media would ask her 100 questions so may be that's why she is in London.
