Watch this interview of Rahul's lawyer Neeraj who quit the case.. He says he had asked Rahul about Saloni Sharma and Rahul told him that after break up with her he was never in touch with her.. But after the incident he himself noticed Saloni calling Rahul and his parents and they were talking casually with her...

Also when asked about his 1st marriage , Rahul told the lawyer that this is not important for the case now and didn't show any legal divorce document to him..

For these reasons he quit the case..

The press conference saga in the Pratyusha death continues with Rahul Raj Singh's ex lawyer Neeraj Gupta calling for one.

Holding the mike and addressing the media personnel, Neeraj used his vocal cords to optimal use venting against Rahul.

This is what he had to say: "Rahul was married to Sougata Mukherjee but never revealed about it to the world. I have never seen the divorce paper yet for when I asked the same from his parents, they were not able to provide it."

He continued to make some sensational claims: "Yes, Pratyusha used to take drugs but Rahul is a bigger addict. Because of Rahul, Pratyusha got into drugs. He is a bad influence."

Neeraj also negated reports that prior to the suicide Pratyusha and Rahul partied together at their residence. "As per my information, Rahul was alone with some girl at a suburban restaurant in Andheri till 1.30 am and he was certainly not with Pratyusha. Cops must investigate the matter. The talk that he went to the church is also baseless."

Before signing off, he said that cops should look at the case as a planned murder and not a suicide, for there is enough evidence for the same. He also gunned for Saloni Sharma and asked why her role in the case has not been investigated yet.

So why did he quit the case? "Well, they are not good people. Rahul's dad told me that the girl is gone but my son should survive', which is really unpalatable and insensitive."

Neeraj also issued some pictures from Rahul's marriage with Sougata.

Interestingly, the press conference was also attended by Rahul's ex friend Heer Patel.

I dont think you know Vikas's history. He is just trying to improve his tarnished image. This guy-Vikas, gathered all the people who were in touch with Pratyusha and Vikas disguised himself as one of them when in reality he was not even in touch with Pratyusha for 3 months and he spoke the most in the Press Con. More so, he was saying police is not doing things! What makes him the authority that police should report to him or inform him about everything. He is just an attention seeker and nothing else. More, in that Press Con these "friends" didnt let two of her friends be in PC because they were not "popular faces"! Can you believe this!! Such fakeness Such Disgusting attitude.

Rakhi and Dolly, I agree with you are the worst for making a mockery but so are these "friends" who are also for 5 minutes of fame and sympathy.

Again looking at things objectively, if what Rahul said is defaming Pratyusha then what these friends said is a contradiction. So all are bunch of liars and the truth lies in between the extremes. There were reports of how Pratyusha was thrown out of shows for her unprofessional behavior and how she & her bf together fabricated a story of molestation against the police when a person came to get EMI and Rahul beat him up. So we really dont know what the facts are to take anyone's side. Its better let the right authorities handle it instead of being prejudiced. Thats what I want.

Sorry about the name mess. I don't know him well. You're right about that. I know he was involved in a controversy with Parth whom I don't know either so I wasn't very interested in following the case.

I'm just looking at the situation as it appears to me. Perhaps these people are motivated by the prospect of fame but they are making a lot of sense and are approaching the police with their evidence rather than dangling pictures of Pratyusha's dead body in front of cameras and media. I'm looking forward to following the case should it get to court.

It's unfair to say Kamya and Vikas are gaining attention. I've seen them with Pratyusha and they were very close to her. I remember watching Prats on Bad Company with Vikas, you could see the friendship they both had. If anyone is gaining attention it's Rakhi, Dolly and Ajaz, they claim to be close friends yet making assumptions that aren't even accurate. Kamya was closest to PB since Bigg Boss days. Hope PB and family get justice and Rahul gets punished, he didn't look right when I first saw pictures of him.
