Dear, I never mentioned the word "ban" in my posts anywhere. Please do read the rest of the posts where I mention that it wasn't allowed a full release in these states. A movie being banned in one state and a movie facing protests all over India is the same? But then again since when has anyone here bothered about facts 😆 When the title says protest against BB then that speaks volume. When it's being said but PK faced protests without bothering to even check that the protests started after the second weekend then it really says a whole lot about the intention of the thread to begin with.

"Few shows in a city"...lmao! There are tons of cities mentioned there which are in Rajasthan , MP , Gujrat , UP , Bihar and Maharashtra. When a movie is not being allowed to screen in as many as six or seven cities belonging to a freaking state then that should tell you about how "wide" those protests are. Just because there wasn't a full ban doesn't mean it was allowed to screen either in as many screens as it was supposed to in each state.

Considering the "title" , its clear who's misleading here 😆

Dear, no use of an explanation . it's like banging your head with wall 😆
leaving aside whether it was full ban or some shows cancellations or just protests, some people will never say what is wrong is wrong kyonki baat shahrukh ki hai jisne hamesha aise logon ko dukh pahnchaya hai apni success se , kabhi kabhi mauqa milta hai hisaab barabar karne ka😉 .
So i would request you to leave it 😊

I know! I mean on one hand you are quoting "non existent" protests to prove that look BB made this much money despite it yet on the other hand you have an issue in acknowledging that there were not only protests all over India for Dilwale but a full on negative campaign on twitter , FB and WhatsApp that circulated all kinds of bull and called Shahrukh anti national. Not to mention the boycott calls. I personally freaking know of cases where people didn't go to watch it because of these "messages" and boycott calls.

We have accepted that Dilwale didn't perform as it should have an India but some seem to be extremely "selective" here when it comes to applying logic. A movie getting banned in one state can hit its revenue but a movie facing protests all over India won't hit its revenue. Bravo on that messed up logic.

The thing is, I as someone who loves going to the movies would never want this to happen to any movie even if it starred someone I didn't care for. The hypocrisy here is what is astounding though.

if only they spent this amount of time WATCHING the movie in theatre than sitting on IF defending it endlessly it would not of flopped so badly

^Awww...didn't know folks here had the ability to not just see through their computer/phone screens but also had the ability to know whether we watched it or not without knowing anyone of us...lol! That's some superpower man! Yup...total flop...such a dud that it has become the second highest grossing movie of last year.
