What happened to it? Doesn't HNY have the highest first day BO figures? I'm asking because I don't know if it still does or not. It started crashing from Monday onwards but had a fantastic first weekend! Despite crashing after Monday onwards, it crossed 200 cr in India! And did amazing business overseas too. What happened to PRDP happened to HNY. Both started crashing after the weekend as the WOM wasn't good for either.

Google didn't tell me anything that's why I am asking u, which four states ? As per Google few theatres cancelled the shows , that's it , such kind of protests and shows cancelation happened during OMG , PK too ... , a proper ban in a whole state is a big thing and u are talking abt four states which except SRK fans no one else knows 😆😉

Imaginary four states Mein ban huyi DW Kya ? 😆

A proper "ban"...do tell me where I stated there was a proper ban! I said it didn't get a full release in four states and that tons of its shows were cancelled during the first weekend. I don't know what version of google you seem to be using man because here is just a glimpse of articles from the protests that took place on the very first day and some even before the movie was released.

These are just glimpses of the protests that went on for three days! And as far as I know MP, Gujrat , Rajasthan , Maharashtra aren't imaginary states. These are the states where the shows weren't just disrupted but the movie wasn't even allowed to screen in as many screens as it was supposed.

As for PK , again, do make use of google :) The protests started after two whole weekends. The movie had already done quite a bit of business as it didn't face any hindrance in those two weekends. Here the protests began on the very first day and continued throughout the weekend. Not just that in some cities it wasn't allowed to screen for three whole weeks. On top of that there was a whole boycott campaign , fake screenshots being circulated all over WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

dear u Mentioned Four States as a reply when I mentioned Fanaa was not released in Whole Gujurat , so you did mention FOUR STATES in the reply compare to Fanaa's one state , ban in one whole state is not a joke , forget abt four

Exactly...if a movie getting not a release in one state can have an impact on it collections then imagine what a movie not being allowed to screen in four states can do to its revenue in the domestic market. On top of that add shows being disrupted, shows being cancelled, a whole boycott campaign on WhatsApp and twitter.

All the articles you have mentioned , are talking abt few shows got cancelled in few cities, not in the Whole state ... MP, Gujurat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan are not imaginary states but DW was not banned in these ' four states ' as u claimed ... movie was very much released in MP, Gujurat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan ...

Few shows in a city is NOT Equal to the whole state

Fanaa was banned in whole Gujarat , a big state of India , total cancelled shows of DW were nowhere close to the total shows in Gujarat

Don't mislead ppl by saying " states "

Dear, I never mentioned the word "ban" in my posts anywhere. Please do read the rest of the posts where I mention that it wasn't allowed a full release in these states. A movie being banned in one state and a movie facing protests all over India is the same? But then again since when has anyone here bothered about facts 😆 When the title says protest against BB then that speaks volume. When it's being said but PK faced protests without bothering to even check that the protests started after the second weekend then it really says a whole lot about the intention of the thread to begin with.

"Few shows in a city"...lmao! There are tons of cities mentioned there which are in Rajasthan , MP , Gujrat , UP , Bihar and Maharashtra. When a movie is not being allowed to screen in as many as six or seven cities belonging to a freaking state then that should tell you about how "wide" those protests are. Just because there wasn't a full ban doesn't mean it was allowed to screen either in as many screens as it was supposed to in each state.

Considering the "title" , its clear who's misleading here 😆
