This is random but ever since I watched Dilwale...I've been watching a lot of stuff of SRK's..especially from the past.. This hasn't happened in ages. I think it's perhaps SRK and Kajjol got me nostalgic? or maybe I actually saw the actor who I used to love in SRK once again, and after ages ..which is very weird considering the context of the film and his character Kaali. lol

Scenes of KKHH and DDLJ have been the hardest to watch by far.

I don't know how I ended up on Dil Se all of a sudden.

I agree about Rockstar as well. It took me time, but I love all the songs from that film now.

I think ARR and Adi had creative differences..ARR even subtly dissed Adi after the film which was so unlike him..No wonder they haven't worked together after that 😆

@ choco- OMG I know exactly what you mean..Its that smile dude..And he always looks awesome when he combs his hair..It works like a charm 😆 Apart from that, i love the way SRK looks towards the end of the song..This bit-

There is something so good about the way this song has been shot 😆

When SRK danced in his earlier movies, he ENJOYED. He had a good time which is why his audience had a good time. I am all praises for actors like Hrithik and Shahid who are technically sound dancers but SRK's 'just having fun' dances have their own charm. And yes, no one does that better than him. 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' is one of his very best songs in that aspect👍🏼

Oh but SRK always looks best in his simplest stuff...that smile, hair, and twinkle in his eyes does the trick. 😆 Like the one part of DDLJ that really makes my heart flutter is SRK in that black sweatshirt in Hogaya hai tujhko toh pyar sajna...when he holds Kajol's hand and turns around and sings.

I think Roger put it best here...this is one of those songs that everyone immediately understands why they worked. ARR of 90's really was something else..ironic that some of his best songs have come in super flop films but it's a testimony to his immense talent that people still speak of those songs.

SRK does look his best in the most simplest stuff. SRK has some really memorable sweatshirts from the 90s... you just reminded me of his GAP hoodie from KKHH's title song. I used to love seeing him in that bit. 😆

SRK made my heart flutter throughout all of DDLJ! I can't choose one scene in particular or any one moment..that's not fair. 😆

You are not the only one 😆 I mentioned it here just a week back..That i have been on an SRK movie marathon ever since i saw Dilwale 😆 Its probably the SRK-Kajol effect 😆 I saw Baazigar, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na, Main Hoon Na, Dil Se and K3G in the last few days 😆 I even obsessed over MHN and SRK-Sushmita in the film 🤣

The lyrics and choreography are all unique.

Satrangi and Ae Ajnabi have a haunting feel by the way. I love, love Ae Ajnabi. I feel Manisha really worked in this film, you can kind of see it in the song as well. She portrayed the mysterious side to her character really well and you can see it in these two songs particularly.

Jiya Jale is scandalous IMHO 😆

@ bold: That sums it up pretty well actually..yes they're all stories in their own and all about love in some way or the other.

Manisha was amazing in this movie..the mysteriousness, aloof beauty...you can see why he fell for her and went crazy. 😆

LOLL! I know..it must be the SRK-Kajol effect I'm guessing..too much nostalgia. I started watching KKHH a week back..and was legit tearing up hearing some of those cheesy Rahul lines out of all things...even that corny hum aik baar pyar, shaadi or whatever kartein hai line Rahul tells Anjali..I was like okay, there's something wrong with me. lmao

That's probably because those are the movies that made most of us fans as kids. 😆
