Ofcourse Baahu's stabbing being the main one (she is directly/indirectly the reason even if her motive wasn't to cause his death).. Something against Devasena (possibly after marriage). Sivagami may have kept quiet when she is not suppose to.. letting Bhalla/Bijjala move ahead in their game of manipulations... Possibly asking Baahu to step down or Baahu leaving Mahishmathi.. Not taking the precautions against Bhalla/Bijjala until it was too late.. Also, there may be some injustice that was done against Kuntala people (maybe due to the river) and Sivagami allowed it too.. possibly causing problem for Kuntala people (maybe people died of Famine or maybe they were tortured by Mahishmathi army.. not sure what exactly but something along those lines)
In Mamatala thalli tamil version, the lyrics following Sivagam's words being the law, says "With Love in one eye and the desam in the other".. They maybe referring to Baahu or Sivagami here.. Sivagami has love in one eye but she has to keep Mahishmathi's well-being in mind too.. So she may have done something, knowing that it's not the best for her son, but it was the only best solution for Mahishmathi..
And I don't think she knew bhalla 's real nature till it was too late,I mean,in front of her,bhalla, though aggressive, was an obedient son . You could be right. Even I thought that it was the case until it was too late.. but listening to the bgm, Jeeva nadhi and remember there was an emotional scene/all artist combo scene where Ramya garu's performance was praised by all the other actors, made me think of this possibility.. That what if Sivagami sent out Baahu despite knowing Bhalla's nature..? She would definitely not want to sent him out, but she is helpless.. it makes up for a good emotional scene.. I don't know, just a guess from my side.. Another thing is that Sivagami is an intelligent lady and she lived with Bijjala for so long.. so even if not for Bhalla, she knows Bijjala.. that's why I thought she might have an idea but yeah.. this could be a wrong assumption too..
That making videos of bahubali and bhallaladeva where both are challenging each other,you can see shivgami is not present in the sabha.And when she had arrived, both bijjaladeva and bhallaladeva might've portrayed everything against baahu. (That is if SSR wants to keep shivgami as a positive character, he can show her getting manipulated, but if he wants her grey shaded (still dunno what's his definition? ?),then there might be other scenarios. ) That making video bit is a bit confusing though Ratna.. Ramyagaru is in the scene after or before that.. as we saw on another pic (i think you posted one where Bhalla & Sivagami were present but not Baahu). But true.. Bijjala & Bhalla are capable of turning things around and manipulating.. so you may be right about the sequence of those 2 scenes.. Yes, if SSR is planning to keep Sivagami totally +ve, then she will probably be manipulated.. but if he wants to show grey shade to her character, then this scene may be possible (where she knew of Bhalla's nature to an extent)
