Lol.. I seriously dono what I wrote... Just wrote as I imagined them.. Nothing to hurt anyone.. And let me say, I am not very good with words or romance! 🤣 So keep that in Mind as you read the below "Imagination!"HEre you go (Be careful.. I am good with Telugu, Tamil for dialogues.. So in English they might be a little.. Odd/off..)
SO Imagine Devasena being present in the Singapuram Bandit caves watching Amarendra doing all his moves for MANOHARI
Devasena(to her maid/friend): Who is he? Never saw him in this circles before?
Girl: No idea Rani!
Devasena: Ask Naayika to get to know this man.. He is not what he seems to be..
Girl: As you wish Rani!
Devasena who was a warrior queen well mingles in these circles as she knows who can do what for her and Kunthala Kingdom.. But what even she never noticed was that, the man about whom she was to enquire, saw a glimpse of her through a screen before his brother signalled him about Saaket... Once in Kunthala Kingdom..
Naayak: Rani Devasena, that man whom you saw belongs to Mahishmati Kingdom and nothing else could be found out..
Devasena: Hmm! Maahishmati!
Without anyone's knowledge one fine night, Devasena dressed as normal girl escapes to Maahishmati as the people were busy with war. Once war was over, Amarendra was coronated as King and our Devasena was so busy exploring Maahishmati that she never realized that the man whom she saw and the man who is now that king were the same!
Here on the other side, Bhalla who already noticed Devasena in Sungapuram, was going mad without knowing who that girl was. He gets his men to paint that girl's picture as he says(Or he paints himself) and keeps admiring.
One day Bijjala who comes to know his son wasting time than trying to get his rival out, asks his people to see what the matter is.
And the priest gets to know the reason and presents the painting in front of Bijjala..
At the same time in other side of Kingdom, The bandits from Singapuram were attacking poor people seeing which Devasena tries to fight them.. And there starts the fight. But at one stage someone is about to stab her from the back when she hears someone..
Amarendra: Never stab someone from the back!
Saying he tackles the man and stands in front of Devasena with amusement twinkling in his eyes while Devasena looks at him with AWE! The man she saw and the man standing in front of her.. were totally different but still the same!
Amarendra: Ahh! Sword in such soft hands? Not done!
But before Devasena could come back with retort, Amarendra sees a man trying to attack Devasena from behind and Devasena sees a man behind Amarendra trying to stab him.
At the same time, both take their swords and swish it without the other having slightest idea. Amarendra misses her sword and strikes the man behind her and she does the same to man behind him. all the bandits are arrested and taken but Devasena has hurts so Amarendra takes to his palace where she can be treated.
Once everything done and Devasena is changed, Amarendra enters after letting his mother know that he is going on important meeting with military people to discuss about this bandit attack.
But Kattappa spoils his plan telling Sivagami about the hurt girl.
Devasena(to the maid who was there for her assistance): So, the man who brought me here is your king?
I NEVER KNEW THAT YOU ARE SO INTERESTED IN ME?
Came Amarendra. The maid immediately bowed and moved out on his signal. Devasena stood there raising to all her height but still fell a few inches short to the king!
Amarendra: So! Who are you?
Devasena: One of your subjects.
Amarendra: First, sword in this hands and now lie on that tongue.. both do not suit this eyes which shows everything like a mirror!
Devasena: Maharaja has learnt reading eyes of a women? But the talking like this, might work with those doe eyed beauties Maharaja tends to hang with. Not me..
Amarendra: Some things are not learnt and Something is different about you.. but..
Both never noticed the announcement of Rajamata Sivagami's Arrival.. But the son knew his mother's arrival and turned to see Sivagami Devi entering the suite.
Sivagami: Baahu? What are you doing here?
Amarendra: Athi.. Amma!
Devasena: Came to see if I am a spy..
Sivagami(impressed): And are you?
Devasena: If I am one, I would have been dancing or entertaining like some people do. Not fighting the bandits saving innocent.. So what does that say about me.
Sivagami: A lot. But Baahu, it says more about you. What happened to the military head meeting?
She asked with eyebrow raised.
Devasena(mumbling): a bee goes in search of flowers, not swords and daggers RAjamata!
Amarendra raised an eyebrow at her in question but turned back to his mother hearing her clear her throat..
Amarendra: Amma.. Athi.. I was going. Just thought to check her on my way.
Sivagami: Hmm.. Never heard about east coming on the way to west! Baahu!
Amarendra understood that he had blurted out a lame excuse as the Military weapons house was totally in the opposite direction. Devasena who understood the situation was having fun watching the man whom she thought to be all manipulative and composed fumbling. But the reason she thought was different, she never knew.
Amarendra: Now I will take your leave Amma..
Sivagami: Kattappa will take care of that. For now, get the details about the bandit attack from her and haan, don't forget to know where is she from.
Sivagami whispered to her son and left the suite. Kattappa who was standing outside looked at Sivagami frowning.
Sivagami(chuckling): Looks like its time for us to welcome our new Rani Kattappa.
Kattappa: Thalli?
Sivagami just smiled and went with him following her.
Inside:
Amarendra turned to Devasena who stood grinning at king getting all thumbs in front of his mother. He now understood everything.
Amarendra: Never knew that Singapuram welcomed ladies like you!
Now it was Devasena's turn to fumble. She never knew that he had noticed her.
Devasena: Even I never knew that bandit caves let in kings like you.
Amarendra: Ahh! tongue as sharp as your sword
Devasena just raised her eye brow.
Amarendra: So why were you so interested in me?
Devasena: Who said so Maharaja?
Amarendra: Ahahaha! Lies again..
Devasena: As sharp as your brain is, as fast your sword is, your understanding is slow! I said that I was not interested in you. But the man who was there, dancing and swinging with the women there and fooling the bandits without even themselves knowing.
Amarendra was now thoroughly impressed. He just turned and hummed the song with which she was pulling his legs all this while as he neared the door. But before exiting, he turned once and looked directly at Devasena.
Amarendra: You know that you have every quality that needs to be in a Queen?
Devasena(eyes twinkling): A queen Maharaja?
Amarendra: MY QUEEN.
He winked outrageously at her and With that he turned and left the suite humming the song still leaving back a very shocked Devasena who had goosebumps.
There on the other side Bhallaladeva stood talking to the painting..
Bhalla: When I become a King, You will be my Queen.
In front of him was a painting of Devasena looking at him with those fire in her eyes, just the way he saw her in the caves.
