A lot of my classmates in univ, were Indian. Some of my good friends throughout those years were Indian and surprisingly we never once talked about politics. No one ever had the time to. Talking about cricket is very fun though...and surprisingly, even then it has always been silly banters. It's usually online where people tend to get crazy serious about these kind of things. The real world based off of my experiences is always different.

^ True. As odd as it may sound, real world is actually pretty peaceful. I am not sure about India, but overseas, the Pakistanis and Indians live peacefully.

Plus notice that even its ben hours, the topic is only ta page 8 while the other topics explode in minutes. In order to have a broad mind and some insight people need to have some exposure and i bet these people haven't even seen whats outside their own cities (let alone countries).
