Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja were blessed with a baby boy on Sunday. Post announcing the news of their baby, family and fans sent them lots of congratulations. Just an hour ago, Rhea Kapoor posted the first picture of her new nephew from the hospital. She gave everyone a sweet look at the special moment.

Rhea shares glimpse of Sonam’s baby

On March 31st, Rhea Kapoor took to her Instagram account to share the very first photograph of her nephew and son of Sonam Kapoor. The picture seemed to have been taken inside a hospital room, and it showed the person who made the movie "Crew" holding the new baby in her arms. Because the baby was wrapped in a blue blanket, only a little bit of his face and hair in the photo was visible.

Rhea Kapoor shared the picture of the baby and wrote a caption that said, "all you need is 🫶🏻🥹 and in @sonamkapoor’s case some superhuman mom strength. #masilife." This was the same photo that the parents had used to announce the baby's arrival.

The couple had earlier shared the joyful news on social media with a heartfelt note.

"With immense gratitude and hearts full of love, we are delighted to announce the arrival of our baby boy today, 29th of March 2026," the post read.

"Our family has grown, and with his arrival, our hearts have expanded in the most beautiful way. Vayu is overjoyed to welcome his little brother, and we feel deeply blessed by this precious new life who has filled our home with happiness and grace. We are grateful to begin this beautiful new chapter as a family of four. With love, Sonam, Anand & Vayu," said Sonam.
