Is Hrithik even trying to stay in the race? This one movie a year IMO isn't working for him, as he is not a megastar like Aamir who can afford to do it. Aamir comes up with a PK, while Hrithik has a Bang Bang to his credit.

Hrithik doesn't seem to be taking his career seriously. His filmography is good only because of his father's films. And maybe a ZNMD. He doesn't have Aamir's business acumen which makes Aamir on top despite only 1 film per year.

Is hrithik lazy or unmotivated, I don't think so. He is always tweeting philosophy, den why is he not doing something abt it. Disucss plz.

This is not the first year Hrithik has no release . 2005, 2007 , 2009 (unless you count LBC) . Aamir has no release either this year . Salman had no release in 2013 , SRK in 2009 (unless one counts Billu). I doubt any actor plans all this . It just happens . Schedules go haywire . His next film MH is coming August 2016 . Maybe if he finishes MH quickly he can get something shot and released by late 2016 or early-mid 2017 .

^^^ I agree with you, but as I said, Hrithik's name cannot be taken in same breath as Khans'. Even if they have no release in 5 years, they can still come back with a bang - such is their star power. Hrithik is not yet in that league.

He is already fading fromj popular imagination, people prefer to watch Varun nowadays, or Ranveer, or Sid.

I don't think he's lazy. I think he has the idea of doing quality work and putting his all into it which is probably why he's spending a year or more on this MH movie. He is probably thinking quality over quantity. Problem is that he probably is over estimating his own stardom. If MH doesn't do well he will not disappear from Bollywood. But it will hurt his position, especially if Ranveer/Ranbir etc give blockbusters between now and Hrithik's next after MH.

its cox he is doing MJD... thats a mega-project.. requires time...

and on charm thing : he still has his charm... next to khans..
cox noone beside him could earn 180 crores with a floppy story line like BB..

HR is a superstar. He is the only one apart from Aamir who can have gaps between films and still come with blockbuster films.

What about BM its a mega project but the stars are still acting in 3 films per year.

Hrithik does only 1 crappy film per year (BB) and then takes abreak year...i guess as salman ki jaan his ego is still hurt as his wife left him.

MohenjoDaro is a tricky film, it could go either way. I agree, Hrithik needs to do more films atleast one film a year is mandatory. Hope the Yrf project is true, though I want him to do a normal, regular romance film rather then ott larger then life ones.
