sorry but with the limited knowledge of economics I have , dont NGO's and charitable organizations run on neither profit nor loss policy. If they are making profit then their licence should be revoked ASAP😊

one thing earlier govt. passed a law that every company which make more than annual profit of 5 crore they should spend 2% of their profit in CSR. Only difference this being human do the same on sale. Now forget about gullible buyers of being human , each and everyone of us contributing being human type charity whatever product we purchase. Even by using this Internet we r contributing 2% of profit to charity. people give us credit also rather than only to PR ponzi scheme being human. 😆

97% goes into paani ? this is not Being Human's business but a textile industry's business. The textile industry is the one producing, shipping and selling those clothes and not Being Human. That Being Human is allowed a 3% or 5% ( whichever claim is right) as a part of a Royalty sum without spending a penny to earn it. The charity gets crores of money just out of royalty. Its clearly stated in the site that u showed me yesterday that they have tie ups with industries and money from royalty goes into the charity. So what are we complaining about ?

complain is all this was not in common knowledge of public who after listening to interview of the superstar of recent 5 years bought tshirts and other accessories thinking even though this was over priced ,atleast the money was going to charity. The 3 % clause came into light only after 9tanki posted😊

Franchisee Model has helped Being Human grow!!! Otherwise what Salman Khan Foundation intially was , wasn't able to raise much.
A couple companies came forward and they came up with a franchise model.

For f**k sakes? What is there hard to understand? Salman used to sell his paintings to earn $$$ for BH! All this T shirt business came after. People are running Being Human Stores as franchisees and the royalty Salman earns from these stores goes in Charity. Now the figures reported do make sense.👏

Salman never said BH is a 100% chairtable trust! No grants or donations have helped Being Human run. It was all done by Salman himself. Being Human Invests in charity! Helps people! How they do it should be less of anyones concern especially if you aren't able to understand little basics and you keep contradicting yourself.

You guys cleared the picture on your own. Pat your shoulders.

just think for a moment , yes he never said it but he never refuted it also . He always gave the impression of it being 100% charitable trust . I am not claiming ki Salman khan did it on purpose or anything like that but he should clear it out so that every one comes to know of it . U r biggest follower of him and so u had information but most of the public dont have that info

If the site already says its royalty money then its a disclosed information. Secondly nobody will be expecting a full on 100% of the money will go into charity because thats pretty much not possible. Its only your profit out of the sale that can go into charity. The clothes comes in various ranges of prices because some are from Indian stores and some are exported materials converted from dollar value ( As per as what I saw on flipkart who are famous for doing it ) So its not overpriced. Most are at par with what u will be getting from say a shoppers stop or west life. Branded clothes are more expensive anyways. What I m trying to say is that if a charity earns almost 4 crore just by lending its brand name to a business I think its a good decision.

Those clothes can be sold for any reason now be it because someone wants to help the charity or just because someone wants a brand new set of clothes. But the money still goes to charity. It expands the possibility of earning more money for the charity. That too without having to do anything for it. Just the name.
