business concept from that article , being human tie up with Magadhara industries.

1. That means distribution channel, sales network , selling aspect everything magadhara will do.

2.They paid 1.5 crore to salma may for one time agreement for 9 years and each year 5% of total sales to the foundation.

3. That means as per trend total annual sales of being human product in last year 150 crore. So it will get 7.5 crore.

4. That means after 5% the rest of profit will go to magadhara industries.

4. As per pricing concept its products are in premium category at par with renowned premium textile brands etc. So profit margin will be near about 20% of MRP

That means when one buy a product for say Rs.1000 and profit margin of 20% ie profit of 200 out of that only 5% of sale means only Rs. 50 goes towards being human rest 150 to magadhara industry. it may very a little bit of few rupees when we deduct royalty before profit count. this means even this business cant be considered as non profit because as one buy a product profit also goes to magadhara industries.

As said buyer contribute to not only being human but also to profit of magadhara, and credit usurp by salman and salman as brand.

Brand consultants feel the conviction can potentially harm the brand. "Any big business can sustain controversies but in this particular case criminality is involved. And this can destroy Khan's apparel business," said a consultant who do not wish to be named.

It indeed a shock proof strategy which immune the brand salman from all those cases , on brand credibility , public perception etc.Forget about court cases how it is a shock proof PR strategy for salman's own brand we can know from the above statements of renowned brand consultant proved wrong. 😆
