There is no centralized system to track this ticket number sale especially the numbers from small town (i m talking only about India).

And movie goers have defo increased in number but not at any rapid rate!

Rate of movie goes has increased but at the same time retire bhi hoge log... and I know there were people who use to go out and watch one movie 20 -30 times... this days they will have to file bankruptcy if they plan to do so...

I think those film earnings need to be audited. I feel like they just inflate their profits to bring a crowd in. Its just a marketing gig.
