I can believe this from the promos only...this woman is next level in the way she's pushing herself with each movie now...you can tangibly see the way her acting is maturing...and I love how she frankly says the same in her interviews too...such self-awareness in an actress.

Watching #KanganaRanaut in @TWMReturns is like watching an athlete at the top of her game - superb without a shadow of strain. Such a treat.

We've had a chance to watch this rollicking love story and bring you the five most interesting bits to look out for in Tanu Weds Manu Returns'.

Kangana Ranaut: Watch it for this brilliant heroine, who redefines a double role; she plays both characters very distinctly & almost feels like two different people. In an entertaining, colourful film packed with songs, it's difficult to stand out with a performance. Kangana does that brilliantly.

Madhavan & Kangana's unusual chemistry: When these two actors come together onscreen, it's a marriage of experience and sheer talent. Madhavan & Kangana share a genuine, natural chemistry that feels real and yet, cackles onscreen.

Jimmy Shergill: He is very endearing as the lovestruck Awasthi, still reeling over life's lemons. Shergill delivers a stellar performance, making you wonder if his best as an actor is yet to come.

Stellar ensemble cast: Anand L Rai has managed the uncommon feat of bringing together his former cast- all of them- and has also let their character evolve in the second film. And each actor delivers, bringing an authentic feel to it's narrative. Two new additions to the cast- Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub & Rajesh Sharma- add colour & flavour to this story with their flair for earthy roles.

Desi Romance Feel: Tanu Weds Manu Returns' enhances the desi romance feel of the first film- the flair for drama that Tanu's home town folks tend to have; and the no holds barred attitude towards love that is flaunted by key characters. Sets, locations, background conversations & sounds- every bit adds up to authenticity. Anand L Rai recreates a slice of small town North India masterfully again.

I find myself agreeing to most of Guha's reviews. He is normally spot on. Rajeev Masand used to be good a few years ago, but since he became a gossip columnist and celebrity interviewer he seems to have stagnated as a critic.
