Leagues ahead?? Come on now.I know its hard to compare actors to actresses but Ash has done more diverse work than HR has done.

With regards to the comparison i drew between Hrithik & Aish - i was only talking about the way these two have honed their craft over the years , moreover , i do find a similarity between their respective approach to their work ..you dont see it , fine no issues , thats your opinion .. and yes i do agree that hrithik is far better than aish .. Aish is unable to let go off her pretentious lady-like personality in front of camera , which inturn affects her comedy ..I disagree when people say Aish's acting prowess is underrated .. i think she has always been given her due - be it her beauty , dancing ,acting talent, grace , elegance or even the fake-pretentious aspect of her personality .. same goes for Hrithik ..i dont think either of these two are underrated .. cant speak for IF though.. 😆

The only similarity between the 2 is their perfectionist attitude & student like discipline, if that's what your talking about then youre right. Yes she is horrible at comedy but in general she's very under rated by everyone b/c of the one attribute she is always been lauded & held in awe of - The very blinding beauty as you put it. B/c of which every other quality & her work is dashed to the ground. Yes, I know it's my opinion just as this is yours.

Yes , thats precisely the similarity that i was talking about ..And i can see why people would feel Aish's blinding beauty takes credit from her acting talent but i beg to differ , she was lauded everytime she attempted artsy type roles .. the fact that she is a faulty actor was never so much a hindrance there ..for an actor , who sucks at comedy , i would say she is perfectly rated as an actor..no actor who cant pull off comedy convincingly after attempting it multiple times deserves appreciation for the so called acting talent .. and yes this is my opinion just as you have your own..

Aish has attempted comedy multiple times? She has only done two comedy films in her whole career. One was Hum Kisise Kum Nahi and the other was Action Replayy, both were bad films. The day she is bad in a good comedy film I might agree with you. That said, your premise that an actor who cannot do comedy has no acting talent at all can be debated. May be that's your opinion. But there have been some good actors who haven't really nailed comedy. Vidya for example tried it in Ghanchakkar but failed, that does not take away from any of her 'serious' work onscreen. Likewise Tabu has hardly been associated with comedy films. So you cant question her talent because she cant/doesnt do comedy. Just giving some examples. Also this doesn't just limit itself to acting. Take direction for example. Rajkumar Hirani can make an amazing comedy. If a Sanjay Bhansali or a Rituparno Ghosh cannot, that doesn't mean they are not good as filmmakers.Every artist, in any field, has a certain forte that they excel at. They may or may not do everything well, but they do deserve credit for what they do well. That's all.

Dont know why its become about acting prowess but a very few actors who have tried comedy succeeded. Juhi is prob one actress who almost never fails in comedy. Rani went OTT here and there in bunty aur babli as well as some other movies. Kareena has succeeded sometimes when under good direction and at times done poorly with a poorly written role. Its one of the hardest tasks. I for one never believed Karishma proved herself to be a comic actress. She was basically used in govinda films as his love interest. I can't remember one scene where she was the one making me laugh. And Aish has hardly attempted comedy under good direction. So its unfair to judge her skills there. And their are other actors who do not attempt comedy as well and have even given poor performances at times ands still considered good actors. Aish is no different. I do feel she isn't completely given her due at times.

It clearly means Aishwarya was using Salman name for clout and sympathy. If she loved him she should have accepted him publicly....
