I went back to all of Rani's dance routines/performances and she can do everyone too. And she's trained in Odissi or something like that. So I thought why not ask? 😆

Yes she is trained in Odissi. Rani vs Sri would be a better poll. Mads & Ash are UNBEATABLE. ❤️

And Rani has more than her fair share of flops. She did many disasters and mediocre movies during 1999-2002 with the likes of Govinda ,Bobby Deol and Salman. Her career was going through a very difficult phase when Saathiya came along in 2002 and provided a new lease of life to her career. Following 2-3 yrs were her best and she did very well with Chalte chalte, Hum Tum, B and B, Black etc. But after KANK she again started giving flops like Ta ra rum pum, thoda love thoda magic, dil bole hadippa, aiyaa, laga chunri me daag... Who killed Jessica was her only venture worth talking about in that phase. This box office record is far fronlm consistent. And yes while she was very good in some movies, she was also mediocre in many.

Yes Aish has been inconsistent , given bad performances and movies, her choices have been poor, but she also has been able to step up her game and deliver when required, be it HDDCS,Taal, Devdas, Khaki, Raincoat, Guru or Jodha Akbar. She also tried to experiment with her roles without sticking to any particular bannner, some of them worked and some not. So Aish is not that disastrous and incompetent as an actress as made out to be.

Disastrous may be too strong a word here but i have never considered Aish as a competent/talented actress .. i admire Aish for many other reasons , her blinding beauty is of-course one among them.. 😳 😆 .. more than that , i admire Aish for being dignified , hardworking & extremely ambitious .. Aish started off as a pathetic grade actress & over the years she has improved/grown a LOT as an actor .. just look at her in Albela & then in Jodha Akbar - the transformation is pretty evident .. ⭐️..i like to think of Aish & Hrithik as male & female versions of each other 😆- both are heartthrobs known for their looks & both have improved a lot over the years ( look at Hrithik's acting in MPKDH & then in JodhaAkbar/Guzarish ) ..however, Aish still cant pull off comedy , she comes across as extremely fake & annoying whenever she attempts to do it , yes even now comedy is her weakest element as an actress .. i think a talented actor is one who can pull off comedy convincingly , Aish still has a long way to go there ..

OT : Its Aishwarya hands down , though Rani is not a bad dancer herself , Aish dances like a dream .. ⭐️ ..

I am currently learning belly dancing and god damn its too hard to do the basic shimmy really fast and Rani did the advance version so gracefully...I am seriously stunned by her belly fancing in Aga bai... I will choose Ranis belly dancing over hundreds of Aishs classic dances.

@Mighty Zeus: I am not calling Aish a brilliant actress, but she is not terrible either. IF undervalues her a lot as an actor. Given the right script and the right director she can totally deliver. She is a directors actor. She gives her best when there is a director with a complete vision to guide her through. And yes she cant do comedy. About off screen conduct and peersonality , I totally agree her dignity, in every circumstance, is commendable.

About Hrithik, he was not bad initially. He was very good for a debuntant in KNPH and Fiza and Mission Kashmir really showed his worth as an actor. But in between he lost his way. MPKDH was cringe worthy.

I wouldnt take IF seriously 😆 ..

Over the years Aish has managed to achieve a better command over her expressions and she looks divine while emoting but the fact remains that she so sucks at comedy .. hence she is an incompetent actor IMO..

Yeah , Hrithik was not as bad as Aish in his initial years , he had a dream debut & his debut made him an instant superstar , so that's something .. still , i cant help but notice the similarities between how Hrithik & Aish have honed their craft over time..though Aish is still behind and may never be able to catch up but its irrelevant as far as Aish's credibility as a Bolly Star is concerned ..😆

This, all the way.

The only way that IF mirrors real life is how much people underestimate Ash as an actress. She's very good given the right script but she isn't brilliant. But to take away her excellent work in Choker Bali, Raincoat, Taal, HDDCS & JA is being very unfair!

Hrithik I can't compare to Ash at all be/c he's leagues ahead. He's a very good & very talented actor whose problem seems to be his OTT perfectionist attitude. He was cringeworthy in certain movies MPKDH being foremost. But excellent in others like Fiza, JA, Mission Kashmir etc. IF undervalues him as an actor too, which I don't understand at all.

With regards to the comparison i drew between Hrithik & Aish - i was only talking about the way these two have honed their craft over the years , moreover , i do find a similarity between their respective approach to their work ..you dont see it , fine no issues , thats your opinion .. and yes i do agree that hrithik is far better than aish .. Aish is unable to let go off her pretentious lady-like personality in front of camera , which inturn affects her comedy ..

I disagree when people say Aish's acting prowess is underrated .. i think she has always been given her due - be it her beauty , dancing ,acting talent, grace , elegance or even the fake-pretentious aspect of her personality .. same goes for Hrithik ..i dont think either of these two are underrated .. cant speak for IF though.. 😆

Leagues ahead?? Come on now.
I know its hard to compare actors to actresses but Ash has done more diverse work than HR has done.

Rani is terribly underrated as a dancer - so she gets my vote.
