Even in his TV shows, Humsafar and Zindagi Gulzar Hai, which are romantic family dramas, there's no kissing or touching involved. The sex is implied. Both his leading ladies get pregnant, though they only drink chai.

Its all kjo movie dilao attention drama started but I Alia slept with both brothers it will be interesting. Get a body dupe if this is so problem

I don't think a body double would work either since it sounds like Fawad is also worried about his image back home. Assuming the article is true, the problem isn't just him filming and performing such scenes, but the end result and how it or he will be perceived.
