The wax statue isn't really a very big deal now-a-days. I think they conduct polls on whoose statue they should build every year, and all vote for bollywood stars. Sad thing is we Indians can't think beyond bollywood and cricket- Don't we have achiever in any other field?

They will put up statues of people that will get the crowds in, it's a money-making business after all. I honestly don't think people want to (the majority) see Dilip Kumar or Sri Devi...Dhoni yes. That might happen but the ans gotta vote. It's as simple as that.

Popularity of cricket stars isn't stable- like after India2011 WC victory it was very high but now,since last one year players have been disappointing on the field, so no chance of them getting votes- unless ofcourse u are someone as popular as Sachin Tendulkar.

I am expecting to see many politicians at MT, right from Modi to Rahul Baba ,Mulayam Singh to Lalu Prasad- that Sadhwi lady, Baba Ramdev!!! Chances are very bright for them-

Ek statues wo bhi mom ka but kuch logon ki kyun sulag rahi 😆
