my mum once told me that Dilip Kumar and Aamir Khan refused to have their statues made when MT approached them...

Even Priyanka chopra deserved a statue before Katrina. Don't really know what their criteria is apart from poll voting. Then again PC has a National award, FF award while Kat has no awards so let her have the wax statue atleast.

PC's popularity is not even 1/4th of kat. National awards and.popularity don't go hand in hand or else many of the regional actors be popular names all over too

they are living legends na, may be iss liye rejected. kyunki hamare yahan swargwasiyon ki statues hi lagate hain😆

I think those who earn them profits are put up there.

And if you say Dhoni , I say Dravid , Gavaskar , Ganugly , Kapil dev Deserves their statues first. Don't they?

The Point it Who come to see and who watches and vote!

Katrina won by a Huge Woha 89% (or so) when the competitors were Dp and Pc.

If it would have been someone elese as you mention sridevi etc. , No chance to win !
