Shahid vs Varun?

i havent watched any of the movie but both are in the same genre i think!

Varun was superb but Shahid was better.

Both were extremely good. But I felt Varun took it to another level with creepy character he portrayed. The thirst for revenge was seen and how his expressions and body language tells he has lost at the end. Brilliant. Shahid's performance was also good.

While watching badlapur Haider was in my mind :-)

Hmm while both were brilliant i connected more to varun's character and i felt he was more nuanced with his body language and expressions and the pain in his eyes was more real...and i mean that honestly not saying that a 'biased' varun fan...i'm a fan of shahid as well

Shahid hands down. I felt goosebumps watching him as Haider. When I saw BP and Varun in it, I could only visualise Haider. Varun was no doubt awesome but Shahid was something else. He was not Shahid in the film, he was Haider. Im so glad he is winning all the awards for Haider. He is one actor I feel who completely inherited his father's power house talent. That said, I wanna salute Varun for taking up BP and doing justice to the role he was given. He certainly put himself ahead of his contemporaries like Siddharth and Arjun.

Unfair comparison I feel because Shahid has been in this industry for 12 years and its been only 3 years for Varun. Though I think Shahid wasn't this good after 3 years.

haven't seen either, but i give my vote to varun 😆
