Anyway I think it's safe to say while Russell has a fan following he is not Kevin Hart . Kevin's like the top comic actor these days 👏 👏

Also post Lagaan and DCH Russell interviewed Aamir when he had the goatee . Its pretty funny do check . I'd post a link but I don't want to 😆

Amir is a movie star & this other man is a stand up comedian.. there are some circuits in which Amir's name might be non-existent & this comedian is famous .. but hello people , this is Bollywood forum ! .. who do you think is famous here? ! ..😆 .. whats with all the snark being heaped on people who dont care for this comedian .. terrible crime to know Amir but not the legendary comedian.. 😆

So why is this world-famous comedian commenting about a nobody like Aamir in the first place? I don't think Aamir will comment on something KRK has said, for example. Is he just pissed because his show was canceled in India? Jab baat paise ki aati hai toh outrage ka level double ho jaata hai.

I don't think Aamir needs to be told to shut up. I think it's fine and his right to express his opinion and then it is our right to agree or disagree with it.

I really don't like Russell Peters and his I'm better than BW/Indian culture yet he gets so much of his material and source of income from making fun of it.

RP can disagree with Aamir but I oppose ppl that want to eliminate someone's voice. We're fought so heard for the simple freedom of speech and press and it's ridiculous to me that nowadays everyone wants ppl to shut up just b/c their opinion is a different one.

That being saying, I still disagree with Aamir's use of the word "violent". Vulgar fine. Uncomfortable fine. But def not violent.

Your point is? 😆, one can comment on anyone they want, their status is completely irrelevant. Why did Aamir choose to comment on a show conducted by a bunch of guys who were hitherto less known than even KRK?, it's his choice, by the same token, Russell can comment on anyone he wants.

First of all Aamir said he scolded KJo and Arjun whom he considers as friends. He didn't say anything about the AIB guys per se. You were the one who were hammering the point that Aamir is a nobody and Russell is as famous as the Pope. I was just surprised that someone as famous as the Great Peters would comment on a nobody. That's all.
So if Russell can comment on anyone he wants, the same logic holds for Aamir too, na? So, why were there pages of comments when the article about Aamir first came out?
And midget charlatan? LOL if you have to resort to insults on physical looks I am sure you have seen photos of Russell Peters. He is so ugly that he can start the trend of Yo Comedian is so Ugly jokes.

You're forgetting that Aamir isn't the one that mocks and makes fun of the comedy genre in his line of work and consistently makes statements about the "lack of talent" in it.

And secondly, its not just a bunch of guys that were less known. It has all bollywood celebs from Karan Johar to the latest and youngest heartthrobs in the country. I watched it for these bollywood celebs, not for those comedians, so it's not quite valid of you to say, "why would Aamir comment on these nobodies" when there were ample bollywood folks involved.

And Russel is quite amusing here giving such strong views about free of speech while he's telling Aamir to shut up. Why? Isn't Aamir entitled to his peronsal views then?

This entire AIB fiasco is SUCH A JOKE and circus now coz it's blown outta proportion. Celeb A comments on the show, celeb B comments on celeb A, and it goes on and on.

Russel's way of speaking came across IMMATURE and RUDE. I read Twinkle's thoughts on this issue and they were very well put. Even Pooja Bhatt to a certain extent had more of a standing to comment on Aamir, considering they've worked together and whatnot.

I just find it amusing that Russel is jumping on criticizing Aamir when that's all he ever does. Criticize bollywood and make fun of it. He's kinda lost his credibility when it comes to this tbh. If someone hates a certain activity or person anyway, why take him seriously when he criticizes? Coz he'll criticize regardless of whether it's deserving or not.
