new generation actor vs actresses

I was watching 2 Alia movies back to back that being hskd and 2 states and I was just wondering why the new lot of actresses are so stiff and expressionless really for some of these girls to emote its like they are swallowing a rat or something. The older generation of rani, kajol, karishma they had beautiful expressions, they had beautiful eyes which they used and they matched the stars they where opposite. And now with this current lot of actresses they dnt seem to match the stars who they are opposite. U watch arjun, sid, varun they are stars of their movies it hardly matters who they are paired opposite. Bt than we have some1 as talented as ranveer and he was outshined by the number 1 flower pot bt that doesn't take away from his immense talent. So it got be thinking are the guys more talented than the girls? The reason why I included useless sonam is that I think even though she started at the same time as dp and ranbir she has a handful of movies and if she just controlled her expressions she could be a really good actress. And sonakshi might as well have done lootera and 2 movies with all her flower pot roles and I have a feeling that in the next few years she will actually become more relevant. So technically they both in the new generation of actors that have started now.
