Producers might decide to go for a Varun, Sid, or SSR instead. Hmm, could be waiting to see how his next movies perform...but Ranveer didn't receive DDD and RamLeela offer because of Lootera as it hadn't even released. Lootera after all was a flop at the boxoffice. Producers wouldn't care about boxoffice failure Lootera.

He has two big movies coming out. I would not start worrying just yet. 😆

Half girlfriend is herocentric, most part is about the hero. I didn't like the book very much but he can act the pants off the character. Regressive too.

I hope we get a confirmation on whonis doing Aanand L Rai directorial. Hope he and sona or some fresh new pair.

He has so much time between his next two releases that I would not worry about it at all, he might have even signed some already and they are holding off on announcing them.
