Ranbir has never been a favorite on IF. Last year he kept losing to Ranveer..more recently to Sid..and now to Shahid. I've never seen Ranbir be overhyped on this forum..compare that to what others are made out to be? heck no.

I don't buy that because I have noticed otherwise. Every time someone opens up a topic asking can so and so do Ranbir's role in such and such film, the fans in disguise go up in arms about it and act as if a sacrilegious question was asked. 😆 So I would beg to differ, Star.

Ranbir is way better than Shahid any day. Shahid is a great dancer, a good actor but with very limited range. He seems to try too hard sometimes which doesn't translate well onscreen.

I don't really see many fair comparisons on IF for starters. For instance, I adore ARK and Sid..but if you're going to ask me whether or not they're better actors than Ranbir post an Aashiqui 2 or an Ek Villain..then that to me, is not a fair comparison by any means..and that is the norm on this forum from whatever I've seen. While Ranbir has his share of fans who do gloat about his performances, then he also has his share of critics who find his performances laughable to say the least. The latter surely outnumber the former on this forum.

You can't really blame the fans that like to gloat though..they aren't the ones that create these polls with so and so vs Ranbir. And, if you've noticed..it's always x, y, z vs Ranbir when it comes to the younger lot. He's apparently the benchmark around here.

Lovely poll result.
Sasha is much better than pimple face. That barfi was terrible movie and only PC was amazing in that. Well if IF is so bad then why r u asking people on IF to vote?Find a genuine site and ask so called genuine people there.

Well obviously everyone is going to vote Shahid now because Haider just came out and that hype is in the air otherwise Im sure everyone would vote for Ranbir.

I personally do think Shahid is better and this was my opinion even before Haider. I find Ranbir dull and blank in the eyes on-screen - he is the most overrated actor at the moment.

That only happens when the celebs you like winning are falling flat on their faces like losers...😆

I know right, Ranbir is a good actor, but nothing special nor does he have a good resume at the moment other than Barfi. While Shahid may not have a steady graph but his resume is very concrete in terms of versatility and acting + an amazing dancer.

I don't think Shahid can pull off a Rockstar, he would look comical.

Ranbir wasn't that bad Besharam as people make him out to be, he portrayed the role perfectly well, the script and direction failed miserably. Again, what is the yardstick to measure who did the masala character better? because I see some people quoting Shahid did it better because R..Raj.. was a success compared to Besharam?
