Just because it is subtle does not mean it is non-existent.

Ranbir gets a lot of flak for his personal life, I will bite. But barely anyone criticizes his acting. Not that anyone should for baseless reasons. But if people want to, they should feel free to. Anyway, Now they have started to, before it seemed people were almost afraid to voice their opinion on his acting, lest they be judged and mocked. That is the impression I got anyway.
