Ranbir is generally better. But he cannot pull off action and comedy like Akshay even to save his life.

ranbir also can not perform Army and Police kind of roles which akshey did brilliantly he was great in Khakhe and Aan and Police force

But while he excels in dramatics, I don't think he can do what Akki does very well which is masala.

Hmm...

I feel Akshay is really good in comedy and action roles but somehow he fails in pulling of more dramatic/serious characters! He was good in Special26 but he was not brilliant in Patiala House!

On other hand, Ranbir is strong in those characters where Akshay fails to mark a punch but the former isn't powerful in masala potboilers or in action! But having said, Ranbir hasn't even done any hard-core action or comedy films and it will be wise to judge him in that department once he does a film of that genre!

Ranbir is better actor here...

Only in IF, Akshay/(insert any name here) will beat Ranbir when it comes to acting.

😆While I do think Akshay is a decent actor and his comic timing is excellent, but better than Ranbir? No way.

RK is the better actor. Akshay's excellent in action and comedy though. Hera Pheri, its sequel, De Dana Dan etc. Akshay's comic timing is unbeatable.

Oh yes, I forgot about APKGK. I really liked the film, and I found him funny enough though!

Well Besharam is passe... Akshay has had tons of Besharam in his career also!
