Is Sonam Kapoor considered an A-list celebrity?

Sonam is obviously a popular star, being Anil Kapoor's daughter and a fashionista. But she hardly has any hits to her name and her filmography leaves a lot to be desired.

Can she really be considered an a-list star?

She's in the grey area between A-list and B-list😆

Sonam is in the middle area, where you cant really call her a b-grade actor...but at the same time shes not exactly a-grade.

She cant be put in the "up and coming" category such as Pari/Alia/Shraddha

There are many people who are in this "middle ground" category...Personally I feel people like Sonam, Imran Khan, Sonakshi, Ritesh Deshmukh, Abhishek, Bipasha are good examples..

I mean, they ARE well known and popular, they have proven themselves to an extent...but they're not really considered a-grade ...you cant really say theyre "failures" because they have done well..but still leave a lot left to be desired - but still try😆

Super saiyya level. If in X Men, she is Omega level together with Jean Grey - Pheonix !!!!!

she could transform you know. If she did small budget movies with new heroes, she considered B+, If she did a project with well known director and star she transforms to A. Going back and forth and on and on 😆.

Another reason why sonam isn't quite A-list is that she has turned off many people with her foot in mouth syndrome and her high end fashionista dressing...

A-list actresses generally have universal appeal...while sonam is an an acquired taste due to her personality😃 she's like marmite ...either u love her or hate her😊
